Il
Sole 24 Ore pubblica oggi un articolo a firma di Cheo Condina che
riprende una notizia anticipata dall’Agenzia Radiocor – Gruppo 24 Ore. F2i
- Fondi italiani per le infrastrutture - avrebbe firmato un’esclusiva
con Edison per l’acquisizione di una quota di maggioranza nella società attiva
nel settore delle energie rinnovabili. Secondo quanto appreso da Radiocor, il
Fondo amministrato da Vito Gamberale avrebbe infatti manifestato interesse per
un “pacchetto” che comprende circa 600 Mega Watt di impianti, prevalentemente
eolici ed in parte di tipo solare.
F2i,
stando a quanto riportato dal quotidiano economico finanziario, dovrebbe
rilevare una quota del 70% circa, dando vita successivamente ad una newco che
potrebbe proporsi come polo aggregante per il settore, acquisendo via via una
serie di piccoli operatori.
Attualmente, F2i è attivo nel settore delle rinnovabili con partecipazioni in Alerion Clean Power ed HFV - Holding Fotovoltaica.

Today, the Italian newspaper Sole 24 Ore published an article written
by Cheo Condina based on a newswire transmitted in advance by the Radiocor agency – 24 Ore Group. F2i – Fondi italiani per le infrastrutture
has allegedly signed an exclusive agreement with Edison for the acquisition of
a majority share in the company, which operates in the renewable energy sector.
According to the Radiocor newswire, the Fund – managed by Vito Gamberale –
claimed its interest in purchasing a "package" including around 600
MW of mainly eolic, as well as some solar plants.
According to the financial newspaper, F2i
should acquire an approximate 70% share and then launch a NewCo that may
represent an aggregation point for this sector with the progressive acquisition
of small operators.
F2i operates in the
renewable energy sector with equities in Alerion Clean Power and HFV – Holding
Fotovoltaica.
